Easy Pancakes

Makes 6 to 8 pancakes

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) flour
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil, butter or margarine

Mode d'emploi

  1. Whisk all ingredients, except the oil, until batter is smooth.
  2. Preheat oil, butter or margarine in a skillet.
  3. Pour 2 to 4 tablespoons (30-60 ml) of batter into the pan. Immediately rotate and tilt pan so the batter covers the entire surface in a thin even layer.
  4. Cook pancakes until the edges are lightly browned and the top loses its wet look, about 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
