Ingrédients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) uncooked rice
- 4 cups (1 litre) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
Mode d'emploi
- Rinse rice.
- In a saucepan, mix rice, milk, sugar and spices.
- Cook over low heat for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring often until liquid is almost absorbed.
- Add raisins.
- Cook for another 30 minutes on low heat, until all liquid is absorbed.
- Serve hot or cold.
